We offer two basic types of sauces at the Wing Coop. The traditional sauces with a cayenne pepper base and other spices to create the well known Buffalo flavor. We also offer unique sauces that you won't find anywhere but at the Wing Coop.

Buffalo Wing Sauces

Our Buffalo style sauces are named after the difficulty of ski terrains. We thought there was an obvious relationship between food and snow conditions.

Out of Bounds
The hottest of our Buffalo style sauces. It helps to be crazy.

Black Diamond
Spicy, all-American, traditional Buffalo Sauce. Experts Only.

Intermediate
Our medium Buffalo style sauce. Won’t push you over the edge.

Beginner
The entry level to our Buffalo style sauces. Breaking you in gently.

We pride ourselves on selling the most original and delicious sauces available. Sauces are arranged below from HOT at the top of the list, to MILD at the bottom of the list.
